I recently visited Bawarchi in Mississauga, and I had an incredible dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors and a variety of dishes to choose from. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the meal. His recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Very good Indian restaurant! I am giving 5 stars because the food was great and the value was exceptional. The only minor hiccup was I placed the order the day before and when I called the day of they were unable to find my order at first but then eventually they found it - not a huge deal, I understand it happens sometimes! We got the Chicken Biryani, Veggie Biryani, Chili Chicken and Butter Chicken. Personally the Butter Chicken and Chili Chicken was my favorite and the Veggie Biryani was my least favorite but that is just my personal preference. The value is amazing so please come hungry. They give you A LOT of food for the cost so be prepared for leftovers. We will definately be ordering from here again. Also, the food is actually spicy when you order spicy. I like spicy food and the medium was plenty of spice for me. ~ Julia

Had an amazing experience at Bawarchi ! The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavour. We tried the Karepaku Kodi (Curry Leaf Chicken) starter — hands down one of the best appetizers I’ve had in a while! Super flavorful, crispy on the outside, and packed with that perfect curry leaf aroma. You can taste the freshness in every bite. The biryani, of course, was top-notch — perfectly spiced and aromatic, just like a true Hyderabadi biryani should be. We recently ordered biryani from Bawarchi Restaurant for our office. While the quality is usually excellent, this time the biryani was unexpectedly salty. We reached out to the restaurant and informed them about the issue. They were very understanding and assured us they'd make it right. True to their word, the owner personally came to our office and delivered two boxes of biryani as compensation. We truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and the effort they took to resolve the issue promptly. The gesture made us feel valued and happy. We recently visited this restaurant, and I have to say the experience was truly outstanding — not just because of the food, but because of the incredible care and attention from the staff, especially the owner. My wife is pregnant, and when the owner found out, he personally made sure the food was cooked to perfection and safe for her. This extra attention to detail and genuine concern for our well-being really touched us. It’s rare these days to find a place where the owner takes personal responsibility for every guest’s comfort and safety. We recently availed catering for approximately 35 people, and I must say the pricing was very competitive. One highlight was the custom-made Andhra goat curry, which truly stole the show! I ordered takeout over the phone last night, and I must say the experience was excellent. The staff member who took my order was accurate and also provided clear details about the serving sizes, which was very helpful. When the food was brought home, everyone enjoyed it so much! The Boneless Biryani was my absolute favorite—flavorful and perfectly cooked. The Kadai Paneer, Chana Masala, Malai Kofta, and bread were all equally amazing, with rich flavors and great texture. Bawarchi boasts over 30 types of biryani, of which I had the pleasure of trying their signature Hyderabadi biryani which contains tender marinated chicken drumsticks in a flavourful, spicy bed of basmati rice, served alongside a hard boiled egg for some extra protein. It was so yummy that my boyfriend told me "I could eat a dozen of these!" after quickly finishing off his plate 😆🥘🍗 A great appetizer to pair with the biryani is the deep fried paneer cooked in a secret savory sauce and topped with crunchy cashew nuts - first time trying paneer in this form, but oh so good and addictive! 🤤👌 ~ Leona Y

Seekh kabab was fire, The meat was incredibly tender, well-marinated, and had the perfect balance of spices. The charred edges added a smoky depth that enhanced the overall flavor. The Pachi Mirchi Chicken was a hit on spot . The creamy green chili base gave it a real kick, but it wasn’t just heat for the sake of it — the flavors were well-balanced with hints of garlic, coriander, mint and curry leaves. The chicken was tender(thigh meat) and cooked just right, absorbing all the spices beautifully. Keep it in your regular menu other than just a weekend special. This restaurant food is amazing. I hv been here 4 months back & today I took a stroll of 3 km only to come here & hv Biriyani food.. The new staff Sanjana was highly receptive & watchful.. I was sitting on a corner , having my biriyani... i needed to ask for gravy & she just walked passed d wall towards the kitchen by the time I lifted my hand.. for a moment I thought she missed noticing me lifting my hand, & felt I had to wait until the next time she comes out.. To my surprise, she turned back, walked towards me & asked if I needed anything... That was simply amazing.. her hospitality stands out amongst all d restaurants I hv had food.. ~ SATHISH K

After hard 25 days, had a wonderful biryani (biryanis). We were 4 adults and 1 toddler. Ordered 1 chicken dum biryani, 1 boneless chicken biriyani, 1 temper chicken biriyani and 1 paneer biryani. Hyd Chicken biryani tasted very good (toddler like it very much), temper chicken biriyani was nice but was bit sour, boneless chicken biriyani was an average one and finally to my surprise the paneer biryani was outstanding. Though it's famous for non-veg, veg biryani tasted outstanding. Will definitely recommend and try all the biryanis one by one in the upcoming days. Thanks for the treat to our taste buds. ~ Suresh P

I thought of trying a new place for biryanis as I was bored of the same taste I kept getting in Mississauga and Brampton. When I called them they recommended Vijaywada Chicken Biryani (hot and spicy ; which I wanted). It was delicious and so different from others. Biryani lovers who love the spice should definitely try this. Another good recommendation was Hyderabadi Chicken Curry (bone-in chicken). For regular non-veg eaters, this would taste like a normal Chicken Masala once gets in North India. Have been here many times since then. Taste, quality, portion size, wait times etc. is great and very consistent. ~ Vedant D

Pachhi Kodi Mirchi paneer pulav is the best dish we have here. I feel lucky to have it tested as it is a new dish invented by the chef and not on the menu yet It was recommended by Thiru, he is a really nice person and a very friendly server. We also had Amravati mixed veg. I have never tested a curry like this. It was a very different flavor than what we used to eat. Very nice blend of spices and flavors. Very warm welcome by staff, nice ambience and mouth watering dishes excellent menu must try Malai kofta and garlic nan.Paradise for Vegetarian food lovers, Oh my god!!! OMG! Excellent food and even better presentation of food. Many other Indian restaurants just pack there dishes in weak foam containers and the plastic cutlery is unusable, but at BAWARCHI everything was first class. It was a serendipitous discovery and thanks we landed the right place. We ordered Hyderabadi Veg Dum Biryani and Chilli Paneer Wrap and enjoyed every bit, morsel of it. The Biryani fulfils the definition of an authentic southern India biryani with Moong Daal, Aloo and vegetables slowly cooked with a balanced proportions of spices. That little bowl of tangy chutney was icing on the cake. Chilli Paneer was the best we had so far in the Mississauga area. Creamy, Saucy and spicy. Thank you so much Meena. You are a ⭐ ... My family and I came to the restaurant for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food experience. For starters, Karivepaku corn and chili paneer were my personal favourites, and I would highly recommend it. We also had the Paneer Biryani, malai kofta curry, and butter naans, which were all freshly made and tasted amazing with perfect spice level. We ended our meals with strong filter coffees, which had a nice aroma. Overall, food was served hot without long wait times, and there are many must try items here that taste different from most Indian take out places. ~ Divya M

I recently visited Bawarachi Biriyanis in Mississauga to explore their variety of biryanis, and it was a delightful experience! I tried the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, Fish Biryani, and Prawns Biryani. While the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani was okay for me (perhaps because I’m not a big fan of that style), their seafood biryanis were absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the quantity was generous, making it great value for money. If you’re a seafood lover, I highly recommend their Fish and Prawns Biryanis. ~ Megha M

Pretty much satisfied with vijayawada chicken biryani , the taste of the biryani was supergood just like how it tastes in Hyderabad. Looked for higher spicy level food but only this Indian restaurant has that spicy level which our Hyderabadis have . Even had guntur chicken which was mouth watering spicy and I am super satisfied with the overall food. Also surya service was great , he helped us out in deciding the menu according to my spice level. If it wasn’t him, I wouldn’t be this much satisfied with the food. ~ Sai S

Place that took authentic Hyderabadi biryani to the ultimate level, a place that every biryani lover wants to try when in Hyderabad. Very comfortable seating options available. Service is good, menu is huge and includes kid friendly menu as well. Biryanis is their USP that's what should be tried here. I had a biryani combo and did enjoy it. Ambience is good and I do recommend it for a good biryani meal. Must visit spot in Mississauga if you are foodie .Their Biriyani is a must try food item. Loved it. Garlic naan was tasty and chicken 999 was also tasty and spicy. Shrimp curry was also good. There was a wait time of 20-30 minutes. Visited the second time and had a good food experience. Chilli garlic naan was tasty with Hyderabadi goat curry. Temper chicken biriyani was good and it was spicy. A good quantity of biriyani was given and there were three pieces of chicken. We were satisfied with the food. Chicken biriyani and goat biriyani tasted good. Ordered butter paneer and butter chicken. It was also good. Naan was burned. ~ athira a

I would like to share my review wholeheartedly today after having Dinner at Bawarchi. We tried Karuvepaaku chicken, Chilli fish and tandoori for starters. I personally liked Karuvepaaku chicken. For main course, we ordered Bawarchi special Chicken biriyani and Goat biriyani which was medium spice level. It was good as I like having spicy food. If you prefer less spice go for less spice level but taste was good. We finished the meal with the Mango lassi which is a must try as it was too good.
